Refund Policy

Complete amount will be refunded if the order is canceled before we send the login details to your email address or contact number. No refund after the login details are sent. 

Kindly note that once the login details are sent to the buyer or the study material is dispatched, the amount cannot be refunded.

You can cancel the purchase anytime before the login details are sent by email or message or the study material is dispatched. In that case the complete amount will be refunded.
The refund will be credited to the same account that you used to make the payment.
There are no refunds for courses that cost Rs. 5000 or less. You have five days to request a refund for courses that cost more than Rs. 5000; the first day is the day the course was purchased.
 

The amount paid will be reduced by payment gate-way fees (about 5%, adjusted to a multiple of Rs. 100), and the remaining amount will be returned. Within two working days of receiving your requests, refunds are executed.

Upon processing of the refund, you will receive a mail. Refunds can be issued instantly for some payment methods, but they might take up to ten days for other ways to reflect in your account.

This time frame is outside our control and is determined by the bank that is issuing the payment.
